Sewage treatment plant north of LC
A couple of years ago the Dona Ana water district came to the members of the Leaseburg Water district asking for a letter of support for their endeavors in obtaining such a facility. At that time many of the members showed up to the meeting because they were concerned about the location. We were all told that the facility would be east of the freeway and would not be here in the valley. With that we voted to support them in this endeavor. So did they lie to us? I am sure that is a whole of back story to this that we haven't heard yet. It sounds like a lie to me.
