Man indicted in motorcyclist's death

EL PASO -- A 22-year-old man has been indicted by a grand jury for allegedly causing the death of a motorcyclist in Northeast El Paso six months ago.
Brandon Lyn Bachtel, 22, was indicted last week on charges of intoxicated manslaughter and causing an accident involving injury or death.
Bachtel was arrested in March after he allegedly struck and killed Keith Calpito, 35, with his car as Calpito rode his motorcycle on U.S. 54 near Trans Mountain Road. Police said Bachtel fled from the scene on foot but was tracked down by officers.
